My SV8 for sale, in my ownership since November 2022, and a fantastic machine. Used for high days and holidays, kept garaged and on a trickle charger. With a main dealer service history to 2016/ 33000 miles, and proper Jaguar independents since that point.
I am only the third owner and when I bought the car I had the gearbox serviced as precautionary maintenance with a genuine ZF service kit, changed the supercharger oil, despite both being sealed for life. I also had a proper four-wheel alignment done which made a huge difference to the way the car drives. Tyres are Continental SportContact 7s all round and are virtually new.
All works done at Beacon Hill Garage, a Jaguar and classic restoration specialist. The next MOT is due 23rd October 2024, and then a minor service in January 2025. The overall condition of the body work, paintwork and interior is excellent, and there are few SV8s at this mileage.
In terms of the specification, the features include: sunroof; retractable rear passenger blind; front climate seats; heated windscreen; parking camera and sensors; TPMS; Bluetooth audio and phone connectivity; navigation; factory 20" Volan alloys, all four are in excellent condition.
The only non-standard parts on the car are Swallows Racing panel filters which were fitted in 2023, and the original owner replaced the rear silencers with Squires performance items. The latter sound superb under acceleration, but don't encroach into the cabin on the motorway or normal driving in any way. In my ownership the only issue I have had to rectify was a to replace the AC condenser so this vulnerable component and failure point is sorted . Two small negative points are some minor stone chips on the nose, and the drivers seat right bolster has a little wear.
