When the conversion was finished. it was checked by a qualified Engineer and a report written up on the work carried out. Also the paperwork for the donor car (Audi A4) is available.
Since acquiring Estelle (as she is known), she has traveled around the Scottish Highlands, along the famous NC500 with my partner and 2 dogs. She has also travelled around The Lake District, The Peak District, the majority of Wales, and pretty much most parts of the UK. In 2022 Estelle traveled back across the channel for 6 weeks as part of a trek around Europe visiting France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland. Then in 2023, another trip to Scotland and northern England before it had a complete refurb internally and a body refurb, including entire exterior respray, plus new brake drums etc and a front drive shaft. Now it is for sale as I have decided to move to Asia and unfortunately Estelle can’t come. If Estelle has a fault, it is the fact that she has no power steering so that needs to be considered.
