Reluctantly for sale my very original Morini Strada. It was bought by a gentleman in Bedford in May 1975. He only did 3000 miles during the first three years of his ownership and stored it. It has never been MOTd. He bought new silencers for it in 1996 as apparently the original chrome ones had rusted. Apart fro that it is completely original. It passed to a lady owner in 2012 and the to the dealer I bought it from in 2020. The dealer replaced the cambelt and put Avon roadriders on it. I still have the original tyres. In my ownership I have ridden it just over 2000 miles, including 600 miles on the Moto club piston rally in northern Spain. It is a lovely bike to ride, being light, responsive, comfortable and surprisingly quick.
Since I have had it I have replaced the clutch shim and cable. The cambelt was changed early this year. I have put LED bulbs in it but have the originals. I removed the electric fuel tap as it can starve the engine at higher revs, it is included. It has a parts book and manual and the original 1975 tax disc. It has also featured on the Morini riders club calendar.
