Engine:

This Project benefits from just having had the engine removed refitted with brand new Mamba K04 turbochargers fitted. Along with the engine removal, many items were refreshed while the engine was out this includes:

* New RS4 Clutch and Release bearing.
* All new Engine seals and gaskets
* Mamba K04 turbochargers
* Phenolic intake gaskets
* New Oil Filter
* New Cambelt
* New Belt Tensionner
* New Water Pump
* New Engine Mounts
* New Sump pan
* New oil filter and plugs.
* New Crank Sensor
* New Brake reservoir and fresh brake fluid.
* 034 Motorsport F hose
* Re-worked Spider breather hose
* New Cam Seals

As anyone knows, engine work on these vehicles is a significant effort and the biggest concern for most owners and prospective buyers. The hardest jobs have been done. I've included some pics from when the engine was removed.

The engine benefits from heat wrapped de-catted RS4 downpipes, and a stainless Miltec exhaust with an additional box added to remove drone. Fresh exhaust clamps, bolts and studs have been fitted throughout.

Engine is still running on a REVO Stage 1 map which it had with the original K03's, so producing around 340HP on the current hardware. This is well below the potential for the current K04 turbo's if more performance is what you're after.


Chassis:

KW variant 1 coilovers
6 pot Audi front calipers
19" Speedline alloy wheels with Dunlop Tyres
New genuine audi Rear shock absorber turrets (No longer available from Audi)

The vehicle drives extremely nicely on this setup and rideheight and is not crashy.

Interior:

The car comes with a Black Leather interior with carbon inserts in the dash and doors.
Fitted Floor mats throughout
Non standard unbranded bluetooth multimedia stereo head unit with large display.
The interior Is in good condition overall considering age.
Instrument cluster digital readout has the typical pixelation common on many audi's of this generation.
Car comes with original full alloy spare wheel and complete tool kit.

Bodywork:
The car is finished in Nogaro blue and comes with RS4 mirrors and brushed aluminium roof rails. Bodywork is rust free and has benefitted from recent undersealing.

History:
This car comes with a comprehensive history file with many invoices for the work and parts purchased for this vehicle over the years.

Overall condition:
The car is in lovely condition way better than the mileage would have you believe. It now deserves a new home for someone to continue its journey. I would consider that the hardest work on these cars (concerning the engine) have been done.
