Originally registered in London the car has spent most of its life in the U. K, having also spent time previously in Galway. The car underwent major changes on its export back to the U. K in 2015 where the previous owner spared no expense on a dream project of his. The plan was simple, to enable the Cortina to become a usable daily vehicle with the option of having plenty of power when needed. It could be said the previous owner went crazy with his expenditures on his dream project costing in excess of £40, 000 of which is seen through the full folder of history accompanying the car. The folder also documents previous car shows in which the Cortina claimed many awards. It is evident throughout the history of the car this example has been cherished by each and every owner and this is a rare opportunity to acquire such an example at a fraction of the costs spent on the car.
