I acquired this car about a year ago, it had been stored inside by the previous owner after the cat was stolen from it! It passed the mot after replacing the cat with a new one. With 2 advisories tyres and 1 brake bulb.
I have done too many jobs to the car to mention but here are a few
Full new exhaust system including cat, new rubbers, hangers etc
2 new Bosch fuel pumps fuel filter and tank strainer
New suspension spers
New engine wiring loom, inc throttle body rewire
Full service inc, oil and filter, air filter, pollen filter, spark plugs,
5 new tyres, alloys could do with a refurb
Blaupunkt dab Bluetooth fitted and also original merc head unit and cd changer
Bad bits
Slight rip to drivers bolster
Bubbling to front wing at front, the only rust on the car, the paintwork could do with a machine polish with a few minor touch ups but generally in good condition
Sunroof works but needs a little tweak to Make it close completely, this is because the seal it too tight, I have a new seal that will fix the problem but it’s not fitted!
Good bits
Pulls like a train, smooth easy to drive, air con is ice cold, just topped up
Ariel works
2 seats in boot
Auto close on boot works 95% of the time, I fitted a new seal and it is getting better as the seal beds in
Roof bars
New tail gate seal and struts
Parts to come with car not yet fitted
Sunroof seal
Front and rear discs and pads, front flexis
Thermostat
Extra fuel and oil filter
The car is in margate, I love it but unfortunately bad health means I can’t tinker with it anymore
