Sadly i have decided to sell my MG YB.
Its a half finished project and i bought it like this. Current v5 and original buff logbook. Metal work has already been done, and much of the car is in primer. Unfortunately a previous owner passed away before the restoration was completed. All the wings etc are in good order.
The chassis, boot floor and most of the door bottoms are in good order.
The engine was rebuilt locally but it has been stood about 10 years. The engine still turns easily by hand and is a desirable XPAG fitted to many MG sports cars of the era.
Some chrome redone and new veneer dashboard. All the glass is present. The only part not accounted for is one bumper. To my knowledge all the rest is there.
I need the space in my workshop for my expanding business.
It would make either an easy restoration or the basis of a special.
