This is a great example of a 1976 Porsche 911 Sportmatic Targa Convertible . The car is a rare type of Automatic with the 2700cc engine.
It has been mechanically restored including a full engine rebuild, Mechanical Injectors reconditioned by Bosch Germany and the gearbox has been fully over hauled.
While the car was taken back to bare metal and resprayed this was not finished properly and will need touching up, finishing or re-doing.
Was bought as part of a business project that is no longer going ahead.
It is in amazing condition for the age mechanically, drives great with heaps of power and once the paintwork is fixed it would easily be a concourse car.

This is an amazing example for the year in great condition.
It has had a large amount of mechanical restoration in preparation for a business project. A classic car rental business. This was part of a fleet of cars bought and restored in preparation for the business. Due to sickness the business did not get going and the cars are now being sold.
The car has spent a large amount of its life in dry storage and the most of the recorded miles were done in the 1980's
There is some partial history from the 1980's and the recent restorations were done by the current owner but not receipted.
There are some small bubbles in the paintwork, about 5, that are from a bad finish when the respray was done. I have included photos of the bubbles in the description.
