Vehicle has undergone a full nut and bolt rebuild
I purchased the vehicle as an unfinished project, the previous owner spent a small fortune on the vehicle but never finished it...
Vehicle has a Richard's galvanised chassis and the engine has undergone a full rebuild (carried out by the previous owner) at a total cost of £2700-invoice provided.
Since my ownership the following work has been completed
All running gear is new which includes brakes , drums. pads, brake cylinders , brake pipes. Gearbox and axels have been stripped,
checked and overhauled with new seals and gaskets with correct oil added. Parabolic springs have been fitted with new shocks, new clutch, clutch master cylinder and complete exhaust system.
Bodywork- has been taken back to bare metal with new front doors and skins before been sprayed with high build epoxy primer then finished in 2k Atlantic Green paint. This finish has also been given under the wings and to the rear tub.
Bulkhead has had new A pillars and footwells with all cappings been re galvanised
Interior-this has been given a full make over . Brand new deluxe seats with new recovered upper dash and genuine Landrover floor mats. Rear bench seats have been added, all with lap seat belts which now makes this a 7 seater vehicle.
The vehicle has been fitted with a brand new Exmoor canvas roof with galvanised hoop set.
All in all this is an excellent example of a Landrover Series 3 which will now last for many years if serviced regularly.
Millage shows 69k which can be backed up with old MOT'S some paper work available for previous work carried out.
