Have had this car for 17 years, only the 2nd owner. It’s been an absolute pleasure to drive - often described as ‘an arm chair on wheels’ and often complimented for its looks as it’s been well kept and is a rare example of this classic estate. There’s so much space to carry things. It has the much lauded e200 Compressor engine which goes on for ever. The alternator needs replacing - first major thing to be repaired on the car for 21 years. Can get this done when purchased however presently stepped for cash. With a bit of tweaking this car could be a fantastic example of this classic estate. Certainly worth a look - will go to scrap unless bought by Tuesday 23rd April!
Recently bought 3x new tyres.
Has had regular service history and been regularly maintained with oil changes, brake pad renewals etc some quirks include dashboard info only works in central panel. Otherwise all runs very smoothly.
Used by a cameraman to go on regular long trips to Cornwall and Dorset - wonderful on long distances and on motorway.
