1973 Ducati 750 Sport

1973 Ducati 750 Sport. Priced to sell.

Imported from Belgium in 2012 and kept indoors on display as part of a private collection. Not registered in the UK but NOVA certificate is present.

The bike is has recently had a light recommission to ensure all is well mechanically. This has included a ultrasonic clean and full rebuild of both Dellorto carburettors with genuine parts. Fibreglass fuel tanks and lines drained and cleaned. Oil change and inspection to ensure adequate oil pressure. Fresh Battery.

The bike runs well but will require further recommissioning or restoration.

List of jobs that is recommended to be completed:

- New tyres
- Carb Synchronisation
- Front brake fluid change (Brakes work perfectly - just old fluid)

The bike features some excellent upgrades, some period, some more recent:

- Front brake rotors from a Ducati 750 SS of the same era. These are drilled and lightened rotors.
- Front forks and brake callipers from a Ducati 750 GT of the same era. These are twin Brembo Callipers. Overall much improved braking performance in comparison to the single rotor with a scarab calliper that would have originally been installed.
- Front nose fairing.
- Electronic Ignition.
- Foot controls look to have been upgraded tastefully at some point.

It maintains its original twin Conti silencers that are in staggeringly good condition. The wheels are not the original Borrani's and have been replaced with a high quality replica set of Spanish wheels (I will add manufacture on here at a later date).

The Gauges are not original and thus the overall mileage cannot be confirmed. The gauges are mounted in a excellently made aluminium gauge holder.
