2008 Audi TT S

We have owned this TTS since 2014 (10 years).
When we bought the car it was from someone who was selling it as a Cat N repaired. I inspected the car and really couldn't see anything wrong with it. It drove perfect and having owned 2 previous TT's felt it was a good buy. After a short while of ownership we realised it had more options on the car than were working. Rear parking sensors for one. So we took the car to Awesome and had it fully checked over. It had some small wiring damage underneath at the rear and we had this repaired. Awesome ( GTI ) have been our go to service and repair place for this car and if you look them up you will see they specialise in Audi group. This car has always been serviced and has had more than it needs as we have really enjoyed owning it. It has never let us down in regard to starting or performing and has a lot of extra's

DSG gearbox
Rear Parking sensors
Fixed rear spoiler
Heated seats
Cruise control
Leather interior.
Mag ride

It has been chipped not long after we bought it ( by Awesome) so has a tad over 300 BHP I believe but have the paperwork in the folder. Its very quick and sure footed as you would expect from an Audi Quattro.

It has been my partners car and she loved it. I recently bought her a Mk3 TTS as we couldn't find a better car to replace the TT we had other than another TT.

I had a service done recently, some brake work to the rear and an MOT then the car has been dry stored & SORN as I was thinking of keeping it as a track car. Now I have decided it needs to go as I don't have space or time for another project.

It has a large folder of receipts, MOT's Service records, and any other work done. Far to much to list although its worth mentioning it had all new Mag ride suspension fitted a couple of years ago (by Awesome).

There are some small issues which are more time related faults.

Some stone chips and small scuffs to the lower front valance.
the leather to the handbrakecovmr is a little damaged ( need to mention)
The rear parcel shelf side pieces are broken ( common TT fault and there is a repair kit available which is cheap)
We had a double din Car play head fitted which works but is a little temperamental and the amp really needs replaced. The phone side works fine but if your playing dance music the subs sound fluffy. Irritates me but I imagine if you took it to an audio place they would fix. We still have the original Audi set up so you could replace that if you wanted.

The paintwork is good but would benefit from a really good valet to bring it back to top condition.

The car has an aftermarket TTRS grille and was made to look like a TTRS before we bought it.

The wheels have been painted black but again this could be made a better job of.

Apart from that the car is very good for its age and with this spec hard to find.

I recently put a new under tray and clips on the car because the old one had been damaged and again this is common with speed bumps and the car being low.
( TTS is 10mm lover than a stock TT)

I do want the car to go but I'm not interested in silly beat down prices as I have been offered 5k by 2 car purchase websites.
If it doesn't sell I will just store it as a 4wd car with all these extra's & 300bhp won't be easy to find under 6k
