If you haven’t driven one of these cars, you’ve missed out on one of life’s joys.
I have owned this rare Roadster Bluewave for three years and it brings a smile to my face whenever I drive it. It’s lightweight, mid-engine, low profile design with wheels at each corner makes for exhilarating handling and don’t be fooled by the 700cc capacity of the engine, I had the car remapped from the standard 82hp to 105bhp soon after I purchased it.
During my ownership it has been garaged and serviced on an annual basis by specialists even though I’ve only covered approximately a 1, 000 miles each year. Both specialists I have used have commented upon the quality of the car. The wheels and tyres are in good condition, and as can be seen in the photographs, I have added ‘paddle extensions’ to the steering wheel to make changing gear much easier. It is a genuine pleasure to drive.
The air-conditioning is not working due to the usual roadster design fault but I have never felt the need to have it fixed and there are a couple of scratches as shown in the photographs, one on the boot lid, the other on the nsr wheel arch.
