I am selling my superb CLK55 AMG which I bought earlier this year as an interim car. I have done nearly 2000 faultless miles in it.

Almost entirely original paint, all panels and glass original, Garaged all its life, 2 elderly owners up to 2023.
Nearly £2000 spent in last few months including a full service at the renowned Autoclass MK, in addition to servicing the car, it had a gearbox service including new gearbox sump, brake fluid service, spark plugs (x16) various new hoses and bushes. They commented on it being the cleanest CLK55 they had seen in a while. It has also just had 4 x Continental Conti Sport "MO" Tyres (less than 200 miles). The previous MOT was done at Mercedes, where £500 of work was carried out on various suspension components for it to pass.
Being a 2005 year car, it is one of less than 25 Coupes that were face-lifted before the CLK63 Came out, these face lift changes are quite significant and include;
Quad exit exhaust system
6 Piston brake calipers on front with twin discs on each caliper
4 Piston brake calipers on back with bigger discs
Cooling fins on rear differential (visible)
Quicker steering rack
Revised suspension
Bigger wheels
Climate control and command size updated
Speedometer now reads 200mph
Revised engine cover
It is an incredibly clean car, considering it is 19 years old, the paintwork is like a 3 year old car, largely due to it being garaged. It comes with both sets of keys, unused tool kit, the full book pack including bill of sale (£65k). It has the original dealer supplied number plates and key ring. HPI Clear.
To be overly critical, the edges of a couple of the wheels could do with refurbishing.
The car drives with no issues whatsoever, it is smooth, powerful, and has average 26mpg in the last 1000 miles. Being pillar less makes it a lovely place to be, it is also surprisingly versatile, with 4 full size seats, and folding rear seats too.
Running costs are extremely reasonable, a basic service is £300. Tyres, being 18" are under £500 for a set of premium branded tyres. It is also a "Pre 2006 Car" so it falls in to the lower tax band.
I would safely say, it is the best, and most original CLK55 Coupe available.
