Ford GPW version of the wartime willys jeep. Imported from Arizona about 5 years ago and fully restored to the condition you can see now. No stone left unturned, all mechanicals stripped to the last nut and bolt and comprehensively restored using new or NOS parts. Fuel, electrical brake systems completely renewed along with all new canvas. New tyres on correct combat rims. Correct down to the last detail, 6 volt as it should be and it starts very easily and does all that it should. Original chassis and bodytub sandblasted back to bare metal and repaired as required using the excellent new panels from JMP. Ready for the next 80 years, can only increase in value as they always do. Iconic wartime design by Willys overland produced by Ford and Willys during WW2, regarded as one of the three machines that won the war for the allies and where the Jeep story began that continues to this day with the current Wrangler model. Timeless classic that can be driven in modern traffic and doesn't take up much room in the garage.
