Selling my '58 Coronet as i have bought a Trans Am.
Imported by myself in 2022 from North Carolina.
MOT exempt and free road tax.
325 (5. 3) Poly V8 engine and 2 speed push button auto.
Good points.
Chrome is mostly pretty good.
Interior is in good condition except rear parcel shelf.
Has been converted to alternator.
Front ssbc brake disc conversion.
Power brake conversion.
Brand new 15x8 American Racing polished torq thrust wheels and tyres, 275/ 60 rear and 255/ 60 front.
Electronic ignition conversion.
Brand new Holley 2bbl carb and adapter.
Runs well and 2 speed auto changes gears as it should.
All glass is good condition.
Bad bits
Oil leak from auto box.
Few bits of body work needed as per pics, although all panels are straight and pretty solid.
Carb needs setting up, i just fitted it and drove it, runs well but only once choke is off.
As you can see from pics i started sanding down on boot and bonnet as i was going to get car painted.
Speedo doesn't work and clock not working.
