Description
This 1928 Nash is an impressive car, rare in the UK, but more common in USA . Much admired.
Nash was famous for its 6 cylinder engine, with 7 bearing crank, which this car has.
Beautiful condition, not concours, but REALLY SMART throughout.
Rust free, with good straight panels.
Engine runs very smoothly and pulls well. Gearchange also smooth, good clutch, brakes 'vintage' would probably improve with some attention, or use.
All lights, horn, wipers etc working well.
The interior is very nicely appointed, and in excellent condition throughout.
It was laid up 5 years ago in dry heated garage, and not used.
We have recommissioned it, and it is running very nicely.
It still needs a bit more servicing, wheel bearings need greasing, new oil in gearbox and diff etc, and brakes - as mentioned.
Beautiful disc wheels with excellent tyres.
New battery, coil, condenser, leads etc. engine oil and filter.
Recent fuel pump and other parts. Original 6v electrics.
Very impressive high quality car, much admired.
Many lovely original features, lights, bumpers, wheels, and steering wheel are especially attractive.
Wonderful car, reasonably priced. American built car, supplied to New Zealand, so RHD
Comprehensive restoration in the early 90's.
Imported to the UK in 1995.
The car has been used lightly, but regularly at vintage events and shows etc since coming to the UK.
There is a large history file, with many invoices for normal service.
items. Original manual.
Similar to a Ford Model a, but slightly larger, rather more luxurious, and superior build quality / finish.
This is a top quality automobile.
