My superb Griff 500 for sale - mine for about ten years. Genuine 44K miles (fully documented).
Cobalt blue and flint full hide interior. Excellent paint all round.
Stunning history file and superbly maintained throughout its life. Recently fettled by Python Racing and Mat Smith. Serp engine and T5 gearbox.
The Griff 500 as Peter Wheeler intended without driver aids (i. e. this is not a PAS car) and better for it as a true driver’s car in my view.
New clutch at about 30K miles.
Significant restoration in 2013 with lots of new suspension components and chassis stripped, examined and repainted in POR 15 and then Waxoyled.
Please note that this car has been exceptionally well preserved and it has not rusted; it is running the original chassis/ outriggers all in great condition (they DO NOT need replacing). All the mechanics who have worked on the car in my ownership (Kerridges, Jody at Python Racing and Mat Smith) have all commented on how good the car is underneath (why I bought it in the first place) and can be referenced to verify.
Powder coated rocker covers and silicone hoses.
Aluminium radiator at 40K miles.
Cam inspected at 40K miles with no significant wear.
New black carpets and rear window.
Ceramic leads.
Aero wiper blades and washers.
Uprated bonnet stay.
Gaz mono shocks set up by Mat Smith.
Basket weave stainless dash with LED warning lights. Leven alloy stalks etc.
Sony stereo with USB player, rear speaker boxes (can be removed easily).
Replaced clutch master.
Replaced wiper motor.
Replaced window switches.
Replaced boot solenoid.
17" TVR Sparkle Silver B7 Bola Wheels and Toyos all round (look like TVR Spiders - I have found these + Gaz shocks, a significant handling improvement).
Car will be sold with original Estoril Wheels (will not split) in unmarked condition with excellent Toyos.
