Hard as nails Alpina, 250 in mint condition. I bought the bike from a farmer in Yorkshire who had imported it from Spain about 12 years ago. I tidied it up and replaced everything that needed replacing, including the fuel tank, with an original brand-new steel tank (£320) and new side panels( £80) from Bultaco UK. Over £2, 500 spent getting it to this condition. I still have the original fibreglass tank and side panels but the fibreglass tank is quite perished.
I road registered it and I have enjoyed Sunday morning run outs and best of all two days in the highlands riding straight across the hills.
I’m getting a bit too old for that type of thing now and I need the space in the garage so I’m afraid it must go.
