Registered in 2015 this beautiful car is exhilarating to drive and always gets plenty of attention and compliments on every run out.
Similar to the type 2, the type 3 offers an appealing classic look but with slightly more interior space. It is powered by an 1100 Moto Guzzi V-Twin Engine, gear box and shaft drive. It was built with a reverse gear (an optional extra) and has since been upgraded to take a 15" rear car tyre for enhanced grip.
The car runs well and the current MOT expires in September 2024, which it passed with no advisories. The speedometer does not work, which is evident on MOT history, I'm afraid I just got used to gauging my speed from the rev counter. There is a paint blemish underneath the sticker on the rear. Both issues are reflected in the asking price.
There's plenty of paperwork with the car, including the original Moto Guzzi California manual, the build receipts and wiring diagram. The car also has spare ignition and isolation keys.
