chassis
wheels powder coated. Newly new bridgestone bt016 pro tyres.
ebc front & rear discs + ebc hh pads.
braided brake hoses.
rear brake 2 piston brembo caliper.
forks maxton suspension conversion - rebound adjust only.
renthal handlebars.
billet fork yokes + new steerer bearings.
crg adjustable brake & clutch levers.
quick action throttle (original available).
bar end mirror.
polished x1 spec swinging arm + latest spec isolator mounts.
bodywork repainted.
original buell saddle refurbished + gel insert, (corbin seat in photo no longer fitted).
works performance rear shock.
banke frame brace, gear & brake levers.
frame & side stand nickel plated, pillion foot peg mounts have been removed.
metmachex alloy oil tank.
holt engineering alloy manta fuel tank - polished.
pingel power flo fuel tap.

final gearing 25t front, 61t rear (55t rear pulley available).

heads gas flowed - (by dick o’brien, former head of hd race programme, didn’t keep his letter so can’t prove it).
oversized valves - kibblewhite 1. 615” exhaust, precision machine 1. 840” inlet.
matched 175lbs valve springs.
536 cams.
billet front engine mount.
mikuni hsr42 carb + forcewinder with k&n air filter.
full buell pro series replica stainless steel race exhaust system - 2 1/ 2” collector.
breather hoses rerouted (breather catch tank in photo no longer fitted).
engine has been recently rebuilt, due to failed crank centre pin.
crank rebuilt & balanced by blueprint engineering, harley engine specialist, using japanese made matched con-rods / centre pin set.
engine rebuilt by maz, using nos cylinders & nos thunderstorm standard pistons (was running-in a 1250cc conversion when the crank failed, so reverted to standard 1200cc).
engine has been run-in: Initial 500mls + oil/ filter change, second 500mls + oil/ filter changed.
bike not used since run-in. It’s pretty much a fresh engine.
last dyno run 2014 (1200cc spec) - 94. 53bhp, 82. 95ft/ lbs.
lack of use + other bikes to ride is the reason to sell.
