Genuine Alpina D3 Bi Turbo, build number 220. Finished in Alpine White, in very good condition, with a few age related marks.
Runs very well, very quick and reliable. More power than a 320D with the extra turbo, this is the same engine as the 1 Series 123D, and mapped by Alpina. The engine has been well looked after and benefits from a swirl flap delete, which is a common fault on these, better to remove them before they fail. Regularly serviced. Really good on fuel, especially on a motorway trip.
The 6 speed manual gearbox shifts nicely and there are no issues.
Rides and handles very well as you would expect. New front shock absorbers recently.
The interior is immaculate, half leather trim and black headlining and pillar trims etc. genuine Alpina dials, steering wheel, gear knob, plaque and sill trims. Overall a rare and special car that's economical and comfortable enough to be used daily. Also quite a quick and fun way to get around. Selling due to new car. Viewings welcome in Exeter.
