Professionally modified by Dust Motorcycles, here we have a BMW R80ST that was transformed (from a previous owners attempt at a GS copy) back in 2015 and it has been woefully under used since then. It really is a great ride and puts a smile on my face every time I ride it. I wish I could keep it , but lack of garage space forces sale.
It was exhibited at the Bike Shed show back in 2015 and I can send anyone interested the full article write up that details the build and all the modifications and a video of it running.
Briefly the mods are, now 1000cc with 800 heads and carbs, alternator upgraded to 450 watt, Motogadget speedo, switches and M-unit, keyless ignition, K&Ns, two interchangeable tanks, single and dual seat.
Great fun and a real head turner - I shall be very sad to see it go.
