Unexpectedly my 1995 XJR is up for sale, only because I’m slightly mad and bought another XJR. Long story short, I’ve always wanted one in Antigua metallic blue, and there was one local to me for sale and I bought it.
This 1995 (first registration 15. 12. 1995) Jaguar X300, XJR Supercharged in stunning Flamenco Red. The previous owner had it for 22 years, and in that time spent over £24, 000 maintaining it. I’ve a stack of invoices to prove it. There’s an invoice from SM Trimming for £1660. 80 to recover the drivers seat! It is like new. The car runs well and in sport mode is very interesting. Everything works except the air con. The sunroof works correctly and a new seal has been fitted. The clock is clear and correct as the LCD has been replaced. In my ownership, I’ve had the high pressure steering hose replaced, and new air filter and had it up on an hoist and gave it a good coating of Jenolite wax oil spray.
And at great expense sourced original correct colour centre wheel caps, rear and side badges.
There has been only 3 former keepers. The alloy wheels are in fantastic condition they were refurbished some years ago. The paintwork is very good and the metallic really sparkles in the sun. It has the correct pinstripes, which are like new.
All the rust in the usual places has been dealt with. The front wings were replaced. The paintwork is excellent. Comes with 3 keys, this includes the valet key, rare to get this, shows the car has been looked after. MOT until 10. 05. 2025
