1985 Honda CM125 Custom Cruiser.
The bike I would have had when I was 17 in the late 80s if mum and dad would have let me! L plate legal in the UK
Frame was powder coated and front forks reconditioned before I bought it, Regulator/ Rectifier replaced, its had brake shoes, its purple because it was 3 different colours when I bought it and I had purple paint! Ipainted the mud guards because the chrome was too far gone, box of bits that comes with it includes the original air filter box a couple of old carbs, unused gaskets, sprockets, a 185 barrel that may or may not fit and a workshop Manual, most of which I was given when I got it.
.. it was intended as a rat project and summer ride to work but has become a keepsake and it’s gathering dust so needs to go to someone who will, if not restore it then at least use it. I have a bigger machine to get to work on now.
It starts runs rides and stops fine and I find its good fun to ride even if it’s not quick with my large old body on it!V5 in my name
It’s done 400 miles in 5 years.
Currently SORN but MOT May 2025
40 in January so eligible for Tax/ MOT exemption.
