Extremely Rare Suzuki RS250 Twin Shock 1980
A very special vintage twin shock classic which was only produced by Suzuki in 1980 and 1981. Imported from California, this bike has clearly had very little use. The only other one of these I have seen is in a YouTube video from Kaplan America. Super rare.
Produced in the same era as the RM250 and PE250 the RS shares many common parts, but this one is road registered with V5 present so adds a new dimension. Engine, Frame, 6 speed gearbox, and suspension is the same as the RM250 but slightly detuned cylinder porting for trail riding.
It is in stunning condition, NOS front mudguard, excellent tank and plastics, recently serviced with new clutch fitted. Starts, runs, and rides as it should. This very original example would make a great addition to any enthusiast’s collection.
Comes with original Californian owners’ paperwork, owner’s manual and booklet, dating letter from Suzuki owners club, and Clymer workshop manual.
