RM1797: Preserved in as withdrawn condition from London service in 2004. This RM features a beautiful Scania engine with very low hours and no smoke. Original gearbox in good order and no lair leaks. The Scania is powerful robust and gives the feel of an original Routemaster without the drawbacks of an AEC motor. The exterior has a beautiful patina which we have preserved to give the new owner a choice to repaint or not. Includes routemaster registration 772DYE as part of the sale. Mechanically in very good order, accumulators hold good pressure and brake performance is good. Ideal for preservation or preparation for class 6.
