Description

1959 C15 trials
I have owned this very special bike for over 20 years and used in pre 65 events around the country, not been used for 4 years (started first kick last week) It was a winner !last time out bike was originally built by Reg May who was the top man back in the day at the comerfords competition department and more recently the bike has been upgraded again by Alan Whitton with lightweight replica hubs- forks- yolks and wheels , the bike weight was reduced further by a special pete kirby belt drive clutch ( 0ne finger operation no oil leak and around four pounds lighter . Alan put forks together with fantic sliders and internals, the rear end is looked after by fully gas shocks with adjustable spring rate and gas damping rates , electronic ignition , recent engine overhaul of engine and gearbox .
the bike has had a fortune spent on the right parts to win but to all intense and purposes looks original as it would have back in the day.
