It drives exceedingly well and was recently serviced with circa £30, 000 spent on refurbishment by the previous owner. It is MOT and road tax exempt.
Of interest, the 350SL (R107SL) was introduced and built from 1971-1980 using the 3. 5litre V8 engine and the R107SL became known as The Dallas SL as it was used by the Ewings in the famous Dallas TV programme. The refurbishment included new injectors, new hoses and clips, new camshaft, rebuilt radiator, brake servo, new leather seats, carpets plus many other parts. More recently a brand-new colour coded double duck hood was fitted.
There are lots of features including factory PAS, headrests, leather trim, metallic paint, tinted glass, central locking, locking petrol cap, front fogs, door mirrors, twin exhaust, Sony in-car entertainment, 200w Subwoofer and Subwoofer speakers and steel wheels with MB coloured discs.
