Selling at a great loss as I simply do not have the time to pursue any other projects at the moment as I have enough on my plate at present!
I imported the car from the US in 2018 and sadly never really got round to enjoying it as my other cars have swallowed up my time and attention.
Finished in Smoke Silver with Brown leather interior
Thousands spent but now after being sat for a few months, albeit in a dehumidified bubble, it now won't start. It was driving very well but now turns over and nearly fires but won't run. Feels like it could be fuel pump or something similar but I now just need it gone as I have another classic on the way....
Over £1k on Full Powerflow stainless steel exhaust system
Over £5k spent with SL Shop on vacuum pipes, ECU refurb, fuel system... etc
All four original 15-hole alloy wheels refurbished and with excellent tyres
Very solid and straight underneath, paintwork shines well but does have various blemishes and the odd dink.. etc.
Aerial broken
Offside rear light lense cracked
Soft top has some tears and would benefit from replacing
Boot lock barrel needs replacing
Original Becker stereo - powers up but not working
Sun visors cracked
92k miles showing but incorrect. Speedo hasn't worked since i've had the car although I haven't done many miles in it
2x original keys present
I have the original US registration document and NOVA showing all UK taxes paid so will be easy to register
There may be things I have missed and would welcome you to come and view, but i've been honest with my description and don't want to be messed about. This is a great opportunity to buy one of these super cheap and have a fun project. These are fetching well over £20k when sorted...
Collection will obviously need to be on a recovery truck or trailer (with winch) from North Chailey, East Sussex
