250cc engine, top end rebuilt with new piston
Electrics redone (new stator, generator & modern regulator)
Drives very well, gear change smoother than my BMW,
Easy to start, I can do it first kick if I remember to tickle the carb and no one is watching! Nippy for an old 250, will cruise at 50 easily so good for vintage runs, but certainly not a commuter bike!
In use so the mileage will go up (says 800 but new speedo fitted recently)
Spare gearbox included at asking price.

Only selling as I've bought a larger classic bike and I know this one won't get used much now and that would be a shame, time for someone else to have fun on it.
It's not perfect though, leaky gearbox, speedo not quite right & some some paint flaking off, but it is 66 years old.

Note: its not a CSR, just a standard 250 but I only had the model option of a 250 CSR
