Please also note:
This car has very recently had an expensive major roof repair and full service carried out (see invoice).
In addition, it has just had major service completed which included oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, brake fluid change, coolant change, cabin micro-filter and air-con decontamination.
As can been seen from the Service History, the lady who owned the car before me always had the car serviced annually REGARDLESS of the mileage, ahead of and over and above the prescribed BMW servicing schedule!
Furthermore, it has also had a costly replacement of the cam-cover gasket. Be aware, these are commonly leaking on these engines - even low mileage ones like this - and a fairly labour intensive job to have them replaced! (See invoice)
The wheels have just been newly fully professionally refurbished inside and out with new badges and are totally unmarked. (See photos)
The tyres are good, matching Bridgestone Potenza RFT, as per original spec - not cheap ‘budget’ tyres.
The wheels are the 17” wheels - not 19” which in my opinion are not the most suitable for British roads. I spend a lot of time in Germany on billiard table smooth roads. 19s might work there but not in the U. K. The 19s might ‘look’ nice but they make for too hard and uncomfortable, non-compliant ride; the rims are often cracked and buckled with the added bonus that 17” tyres are much cheaper! (Approx. 6 mm fronts and 5 mm rears)
The body and paintwork are stunning in this colour after many hours of detailing with only odd light stone-chips commensurate with age, mileage and (careful) use which I have touched in.
The interior is lovely. There is no damage, scratches, tears or stains on the leather. Please see the photos.

Super clean, detailed engine bay
The roof works perfectly. I added the optional cargo net in the boot as fitted to later models. This usefully serves to protect from items moving around in the load area and potentially fouling and damaging the roof mechanism.
I have also added to optional stowage net in the cabin. (See photos of both)
It has a new windscreen
Everything works. I have just had one of the headlamp washer jets renewed.
With 309PS and the 6-speed manual gearbox this car is an exhilarating drive!
(I have previously owned three E85 Z4s including 3. 0Si, Alpina Roadster S and Z4M Roadster and in my opinion, this E89 35i is easily a match for any of these but with much added refinement over the E85)
All tools, warning triangle, First Aid Kit and Handbook are present.
