here we have a great looking genuine patina 1946 indian cheif 1200cc, this bike has been in the uk for the past 30 odd years , it is very well know in the indian riders club uk and as to date been very reliable having been abroad more than a few times on 1000 mile trips to various shows in europe, now fitted with a 12 volt conversion and electronic ignition, this indian is a matching numbers bike with dateing certificate to prove, previous owner had new gearbox internals fitted, and is well maintained and sorted to make it a good reliable vintage collectable bike, berko screen fitted which are a rare item on there own, indian rear pannier style bags in distressed leather , the bike was overhauled a few yrs back by indian bob, but now sadly lack of use forces a very reluctant sale, thinning of my bike collection and a different direction for me now forces a sale, she rides well , a real unmessed 46 saught after indian cheif, give me a call, ben,
