A true classic Defender with none of the Urban warrior bolt on accessories added. I have had this Defender for five years and I am the fourth owner. I use it for local journeys for moving the dog and mountain bikes around in the Surrey Hills. In the time I have had it I have only covered around 12k miles. It has been serviced regularly since I have owned the vehicle. The vehicle will be sold with 12 months MOT and I have a large service history file going back over 18 years. Since I have had the Defender the following has been done alongside annual servicing: New alternator and drive belts, 5 new tyres less than 5k ago, new exhaust, wheel bearings replaced, vacuum pump replaced, timing belt replaced (2019) new battery, electrical wiring issue resolved, seats re-trimmed (Exmoor Trim), side windows fitted, rear seats fitted, lockable chubby box fitted, battery isolator fitted. It also comes with a metal pedal locking plate for added security, a CD/ radio and tyre mounted bike rack.
This is a true classic 29 year old 300 TDI Defender on Arles blue with white roof and wheels, it wears its patina with pride. Starts and drives very well and has been a reliable work horse for me the dog and the bikes. We have just bought an old VW camper and so need the space for my new (old) project. Will be sad to see this great car go. Its the fifth Defender I have owed and has been my favourite mainly because its so original with none of the bolt on bits that can spoil a classic like this one.
