Restored using many genuine Yamaha parts where possible, new bearings and seals throughout. The engine has been completely stripped and rebuilt inc the use of genuine Yamaha pistons and is on its first rebore, it has just been run in with around 500 miles completed and has been serviced and setup. Starts first kick and settles to a steady idle, will cruise happily at low revs and pull to the redline with zero hesitation, if you’re keen it will still see three figure speeds (on a private road of course) It rides and handles fantastically and is a joy to wind on through the twisties. It’s helped along by a few subtle upgrades inc a YSS rear shock, braided brake line and aluminium radiator, apart from that it is a completely stock example. The frame, paintwork and bodywork have been refinished to an exceptionally high standard and the fuel tank is brand new so no worries of internal rust issues.
