· Original paintwork, only the front bumper has been painted professionally
· The bumpers and bodywork are straight and in very condition for its age

· All manuals and service books present with BMW stamps or well respected specialists and two keys
· BMW rubber floor mats and original carpet mats and a third aftermarket set. Aftermarket boot mat is new.

Mechanics:
• 3. 0 litre straight six, naturally aspirated M54 engine, delivers 231bhp with 0-60mph in 7. 9 sec. The best engine to buy.
• Getrag 250g 5 speed manual gearbox professionally installed with new clutch and diff.
• No oil leaks - rocker cover replaced with Elring gasket and new bolts.
• CCV replaced.
• Full cooling system refresh - including Water pump, Radiator, Thermostat, Radiator pipes (including hard pipes) and Expansion tank.
• DISA valve seals replaced.
• All belts, pulleys and tensioners replaced.
• VANOS refurbished.
• Idle control valve cleaned and lubricated.
Brakes & Suspension:
• ATE grooved discs with ceramic pads
• Brake hoses replaced.
• Brake fluid flushed and replaced
• Caliper sliders replaced and greased.
• Handbrake shoes replaced and adjusted.
• Front & rear drop links replaced.
• Rear arms and bushes replaced.
• Front control arms replaced.
• Both rear air suspension bags replaced
Other:
• Style 66 staggered alloys with recent alignment with Michelin pilot sport tyres on front (tyres dated 2022) with Kumho tyres on rear (tyres dated 2024). Spare tyre is new and unused.
• Recent Yuasa battery.
• Speedo cluster has had the pixel screen replaced.
• Boot & bonnet struts replaced.
• 2 keys with a big folder of paperwork & receipts including original bill of sale and old MOTs
• Dealer number plates and key ring. M5 gear knob and nappa leather gaiter.
No surprises:
Surface paint blistering on the drivers rear arch and sill the size of a 50p piece. I have removed the wheel arch liners, cleaned, inspected and there is no rust underneath these spots. It has been a London car all its life hence the near absence of corrosion.
No marks to the alloys other than a small graze on the rear passenger wheel that has been sanded.
The honeycomb on the left catalytic converter is loose and makes a rattle.
Eonon head unit. The original wiring harness is present should you wish to re-install an OEM sat nav. I am genuinely undecided as to whether to reinstall an original sat nav or install a newer system. I think the incoming buying should decide as it depends on your preference/ interest in music.
As a 22 year old car there are associated imperfections to be expected with age but nothing that will disappoint.
