This version, launched in a limited number of units for Europe, is distinguished by its exclusive exterior colours and unique interior with contrast stitching and matt carbon fibre upholstery.
The Levante Trofeo is powered by one of the most powerful engines ever adopted by a Maserati road car. It is the 3. 8-litre V8 Twin Turbo, perfectly tuned to make the most of the Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive system, with a redesigned crankcase, a special crankshaft configuration, a new oil pump and auxiliary belt design, and a different wiring layout. Like all Trident petrol engines, it is assembled at Ferrari's Maranello plant. In terms of 0-100 km/ h acceleration, it stops the clock at 4. 1 seconds while the top speed is close to 300 km/ h. Like all other versions of the Levante, the Trofeo is fitted with an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox, universally acclaimed for its versatility and sporty character. Normal, I. C. E., Sport and Off Road driving modes are now joined by Corsa mode with Launch Control functionality, which enhances the sporty character of the most extraordinary SUV in Maserati's history. Corsa mode improves engine response and opens the exhaust valves under acceleration, as well as providing quicker gear changes, a lower air suspension setting, sportier damping from the Skyhook system and an optimised setting for the Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive system.
