EXTREMLEY RARE LEVEL OF ORIGINALITY, CONDITION AND VERY LOW MILAGE
Land Rover was in Yugoslavian Police surveillance units since new.
It was fitted with expensive communication equipment and was used for special operations which ensured that vehicle covered only 18, 000 km and it was preserved in original condition. When it was taken for decommission, comms equipment was taken out however all racking remained.
PARKED in doors or under canopy for all its life.
There was NO WORK carried out on body or chassis, it is all in its original state, with barely any rust.
RUNS AND DRIVES.
MECHANICAL WORK carried out in last six months:
Engine oil change
Front and rear diff, gearbox, transfer box and swivel housing oil change
Coolant and all coolant pipes
Clutch cylinders
Fuel tank
Exhaust system
Ignition coil, spark plugs, leads
Carburetor
Most of the original parts can be supplied with the vehicle.
Work was carried out to ensure that vehicle is ready for use as most of replaced parts had perished due to age.
Land Rover is UK registered and it Mot exempt. It is currently based in Serbia, an hour drive from Belgrade airport. Bought for its rare level of originality and very low milage due to its specific use. All in original state apart from minor mechanical parts changed due to age.
Spare wheel still have factory tire fitted.
