Rare 1990 Mini Cooper RSP – Stunning Example
For sale is my rare 1990 Mini Cooper RSP (Rover Special Products), chassis number BAD 268. This is a highly sought-after model with only 2 owners from new, finished in beautiful raven black paintwork. I’ve owned the car since 2019, and over the past 9 years, it has undergone a sympathetic restoration, with great care taken to retain its originality.
In 2015, it received a bare-metal respray at the London Mini Centre in Putney, costing over £6, 500. I have the invoice and photos to verify the work. The body and paintwork remain in outstanding condition.
Mechanical Work During My Ownership Includes:
Full engine rebuild: new pistons, rings, crankshaft bearings, etc.
Engine block repainted
Gearbox stripped and cleaned
New clutch
New gaskets, seals, fluids (oil, coolant, etc.)

The car has covered 94, 256 miles and comes with a tracker fitted for peace of mind. A folder of invoices and receipts totaling £9, 500 is included, documenting the restoration and maintenance history.
