Description
The Ducati Mike Hailwood Replica (MHR) is a classic motorcycle celebrating Mike Hailwood's 1978 Isle of Man TT victory on a Ducati NCR. Introduced in 1979, it was based on the existing 900SS but with distinct features like a one-piece fairing, fiberglass fuel tank, and a more racing-focused seat.
The MHR was presented at the 1979 London Motor Show, one year after Mike Hailwood won the Tourist Trophy (TT F1 category) riding a 900 SS developed by Ducati's racing team NCR. This 1982 example is an early desirable 900 kick-start version in very original condition. Including an un-obtainable original MHR stamped screen. Finished in the original "Castrol" sponsors Green, Red & White detail colour scheme
