I think this is the best condition car you will find for sale. For anyone considering an SL, my personal view is to buy a 400 as they are superior to drive in every way compared to the 350, and much cheaper to maintain than a V8 500. ULEZ compliant! Road tax only 385 per year. I think the colour combination is of its time, perfectly captures the luxury of the 231 SL model and it feels very special to drive and be in. The twin spoke 19” looks great and ride smooth. The wood trim elevates the interior when compared to the standard aluminum finish.
