About the Car
This 1988 BMW 3 Series 325i (E30) is the more streamlined and desirable 2-door variant fitted with a manual gearbox and finished in the stunning Alpine White – with the paintwork still presenting itself very well. The interior is in equally tidy condition with no major wear apart from one small worn area on the driver’s seat bolster. This is a lovely example of an unmolested E30 which has not been abused in any way – just a clean looking car that's been looked after and in good mechanical shape with a recent new Gates cambelt kit fitted.
These E30’s in the 2-door 325i variant are becoming increasingly hard to find – especially in good overall condition and with sensible mileage for the age. It’s the kind of car that can be enjoyed and appreciated as an appreciating classic – which will also be tax exempt in a few years’ time!
This 325i has been in the family for over 22 years and is now available for sale. I’m listing the car for sale on behalf of my Grandfather who is the registered keeper and just needs a bit of assistance with modern technology nowadays. He’s owned and cherished the car since 2012 – with only low mileage covered and some work carried out on the car in that time – and before then the car was owned by my uncle who originally purchased the car locally in Norfolk in 2002.
There has been a number of new parts fitted to the vehicle including a new Gates timing belt kit (fitted April 2025) along with a recent oil change using Millers Oils, new water pump and alternator and PAS belts (fitted Nov 2024) – all for piece of mind and ready for the new owner – along with a front radiator, gearstick gaiter, and a new battery (fitted August 2024) – with the manual sunroof working as it should.
The vehicle comes with x2 keys along with the original owner’s information folder and owner’s manual – but sadly the service book was misplaced by my uncle in between house moves when he owned it, but as a family over the last 22 years and up until the present day we know that the car has been regularly serviced and whatever it’s needed it’s had done or been sorted.
The reason for the sale is my Grandfather is now wanting to reduce his car collection at his age (despite still being a bit of a petrolhead).
