16. BODYWORK - In 2020 the lacquer began to peel and the fleck in the paint which gave the Pearlset effect went dull. Given that the car was rust free I was advised by a paint specialist to remove the lacquer and colour paint leaving the base galvanized and primer finishes in place. The car was then completely resprayed and lacquered. Why did I buy this car? I have always been an Audi 80 enthusiast especially the Coupe. This car was and had everything I was looking for
