Paint rectification on the roof, offside panel (small bubbling) and bonnet (stone chipped)
As there where small chips in the windscreen, that has been replaced by a NEW, NOT second hand one, new rubber seal as well.
To get it through it's M. O. T. last November, headlights where replaced (could only obtain a set of "manual" ones)
Work undertaken by the previous owner up to March 2024.
NEW tyres all round.
NEW cambelt and water pump.
NEW front brake shoes and pads (a set of rear shoes to be fitted)
Refurbished wheel trims
FULL service at 45, 310 (Oil and all filters - air, oil & fuel)
"Foibles" - nearside back door lock sticking requiring actuator .
Front nearside bumper bracket requires looking at.

workshop manual - all VERY conservatively I believe to be worth around £200.
Located just over a mile from Junction 10 of the M6. Bought last May with my "heart" instead of my "head" having had several Metro's / Rover 100's in the past. Only selling as I already have two other classics and financially I have spread myself too thinly to be able to give all 100% of the looking after they deserve....... It attracts a lot of conversation especially on car parks as it reminds those in their 40's of one owned by a parent, friends parent back in the day. It is also very "at home" at the legal limit on the motorway, being economical around town as well.
