This example was sold new to sunny southern Europe, so isn’t the usual corroded UK sold KLR.
Mileage is circa 29, 000 / 42, 000kms
UNFINISHED PROJECT -
Has been undergoing a major service, with lots of time spent / ALL of the hard work done, which includes a NEW Front disc, head races re greased, fresh Engine oil and filter, Coolant, Air filter, spark plug, plug cap, front brake & clutch levers, clutch cable, 2 x rear indicators, various NEW OE bolts and fasteners, etc, but we just have not had the time to finish this bike.
RUNS ON Easy Start - Suspect Vacuum Fuel Tap Is Faulty or Carb needs cleaning.
Was Last ridden in summer 24.
The tank and side panels are a bit cosmetically scruffy, but this is an Adventure bike, Not a trailer Queen.
New decal sets are readily available.
