BMW R80 Monolever. UK bike registered July 1985 so will be 'HISTORICAL' class any time soon. I purchased the bike 32 months ago in good sound original and running condition but needing sprucing up and bringing up to date.
Since buying it I have done no more than 25 miles on it so all i have done has had very little or NO wear and tear. The bike comes with pannier frames and cases., Multiple owners and some service history. I have renewed the fork springs with progressives and renewed the fork oil
Carried out a Brembo double disc conversion, using new discs, pipes, fluid and recon. calipers
The tank has been professionally ethanol proofed, resprayed in original Polaris and coach lined
Engine oil and filter renewed as well as the gearbox, shaft and rear drive oils
Valve clearances done
New Hagon rear shock absorber/ spring unit
New tyres
New stainless steel exhaust pipes
New battery - kept on maintenance charge
Some stainless bits and pieces
Factory built to run on unleaded
