1964 VW splitscreen campervan, 11 windows.
Original German built, this vehicle was imported in 2012 from Oregan in USA. Comes with BUS number plate (CBU236B)
The camper has undergone a recent full respray to its original colour Turquoise and Ivory along with matching refurbished wheels with new load rated Nankang tyres.
Its also had new brakes and overhauled reduction boxes with new bearings.
The 1776 cc engine has also undergone a full rebuild a few years ago with scat cam, balanced and lightened crank with 8 dowelled flywheel and stainless steel valves with twin 34 Weber carbs. Its has also had a new clutch and stainless steel exhaust.
The interior has had a new headlining and retrimmed side panels. The front seats have been retrimmed with matching door pockets. With a new engineered wooden floor and edge trim.
Overall the camper has had no expense spared over the last few years and with the budget going over £12, 000 its has come the time to sell.

The carbs will probably need retuning, but the engine has new oil, filter and spark plugs and so is good to go.
The camper is currently on SORN due to the extensive work that has been done over the past 18 months.
