Description
For sale is my extremely rare 1957 model (registered Jan 1958) F type Victor.
1507cc 3 speed column change manual with only 41300 miles, which are believed to be genuine.
She was my 18th birthday present, so I've owned her for 29 years now. I've just had the carburettor rebuilt and have replaced the coil, plugs and HT leads, along with electronic ignition.
She's also had new rear wheel cylinders and a new front one too, along with four new Firestone tyres with less than 10 miles on them.
She's not concours, but she's more than presentable.
A little bubbling at the door bottoms and a small hole in the silencer.
As you can see from a couple of the photos, she does have a little bit of paint peeling, but underneath it is her original charcoal grey paint (which polishes up nicely), so I haven't touched it up.
I have all the original documentation, including sales invoice, letter to vauxhall from the original owner asking questions before purchase.
She has her original buff log book and current V5 with transferable registration.
She is MOT and Tax exempt.
We have moved to a seaside town and it's not fair on her living with the sea air. She's one of the lucky ones to have avoided the rust monster this long, so I am reluctantly letting her go to someone who can keep her safe from it and let her have a happy life.
Any viewings welcome and also open to sensible offers.
We are located in Folkestone, Kent. This is one of the first models with the cool exhaust coming out of the rear bumper.
She's got her original registration and documents including bill of sale.
