Description
Auto Sleeper Pollensa 2/ 4 berth Motorhome 1999. 61, 500 miles.
This is a rare motorhome as it's based on the ever-reliable Ford Transit Mk5 base vehicle, simple to run and maintain, with no modern electronics. There are no rust issues with this motorhome as the cab area was extensively re-built using new panels 5 years ago by the previous owner who is a Ford technician and who owned the vehicle for 10 years. Please check the MOT history online.
We have owned it for 3 years, and are only selling to downsize to a smaller van due to a change of requirements. In our ownership the van has been ultra reliable, as Transits tend to be. We have been to many European countries with it, including a trip down to Croatia in 2023.
During the rebuild it had new wings, inner wings, doors and sills. The cab area is rock solid and any inspection is welcome and encouraged. Please have a look at the MOT history on line.
If you want to be self-contained these are great medium sized motorhomes.
