Model History -
The F9 was first introduced in 1970.
It featured “ Hatta “ forks which were multi adjustable.
Powered by a Rotary valve torque laden 32 hp engine it soon won many fans and was the fastest 350cc trail bike of the 70s.
For 1972 the bike was revised with steel instead of alloy wheel rims, the power delivery was smoothed out and its choice of color was dramatically improved. Period road tests were very impressed with it.
For 1973 the bike was unchanged apart from the tank decals and a black oil tank.
For 74 the bike was re styled but lost its way sadly. Production ended in 75.
This 73 model was sold new in early 1974 by “ Dans Trustworthy “ of Rangely Colorado USA.
After covering just 3, 500 miles it was covered up in its owners garage and there it sat until about 4 years ago, when it was imported here.
Engine kicks over with good compression.
Bike has now been dismantled to re coat its frame etc.
